Not All Heart Attacks Are The Same



The most common symptom associated with a heart attack has to be chest pains but did you know that you could suffer a heart attack and not have these pains? A heart attack occurs when a blood clot prevents the blood from flowing to the heart muscle and is scientifically known as myocardial infarction.

Heredity, age, diseases such as blood pressure, obesity, high cholesterol, stress, alcohol consumption, physical inactivity and poor diet are some of the notorious causes of heart attacks though there exist others.
